Best car service i have ever used! I have been using them everyday to travel to and from work due to COVID19 and i am really happy with the service! The cars are always clean, high quality and specious. The drivers are always early and super friendly and accommodating. after using Addison lee i honestly can not go back to uber, worth paying slightly more for a safer and comfier journey
Excellent Covid secure cars. Comfortable, smooth ride, punctual. Not as expensive as you may imagine.
Never had any problems using their courier service. Always on time, great service from drivers and prices are reasonable for central London. Will continue using
I don't usually use cabs as I drive, but needed to go to Central London with my daughter and cannot use pub transport. These gave a good price and the service was excellent. Booking was easy. Thank you.
Decent enough, although I had to pay a premium for Friday lunchtime. The driver was 15 mins early and had to wait for me to arrive. He didn't charge for waiting time but he did add £3.60 to the fare for helping me carry a table and chairs 30 feet.
Overall not particularly cheap but got me out of a hole when I needed a man and van in a hurry.
