I was charged 3.10 for a large letter because I used a large envelope. The man behind the counter told me, we charge a small parcel price if the envelope used is large. Doggy people
Just posting a letter with a slight bulge, easily went through my standard letterbox at home. Give to the man behind the counter charges me £3.10 I say it fits through a letter box, he says no I tried. I told him to try again and he goes oh yes it fits really... Always trying to charge the maximum.

ROYAL MAIL DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS
Really horrible nasty staff who seem to enjoy making things as difficult as possible for customers. Seem to go as slow as possible to inconvenience people. Couldn't be less helpful. Disgrace.
Very slow service even with 2-3 people behind the till there is still a long waiting time, but honestly when you get too the front the staff are usually friendly but shouldn't be taking soo long. The products are nice in there have a good variety a big mix.
