Very inconsiderate towards key works, I came on Saturday they closed 1 hour earlier than usual hours displayed outside, i then came back today on Monday, to be told to have to wait 45 minute, staffs are unprofessional eating bananas while working, extremely disappointed

Most of the team are kind, friendly and helpful, just 1 of the staff (Anwar) really lets the side down, he is rude, unhelpful and discourteous. He needs to be sent on a customer service training course for a month!
