Appalling service! I have an ebay business and regularly use the post office to send my parcels. The brimsdown office always accepts my parcels and hands me a receipt without any issues, however I was close to this office so tried to give my parcel and obtain a receipt as proof. The gentleman behind the window refused to give me a receipt and told me I needed to go to a royal mail sorting office to receive one. What a joke! He proceeded to tell me how I am ruining his business by using ebay postage labels even though I had recently paid at this particular office to send an item to Australia costing £20. Never stepping foot in this office again and issuing a complaint with Royal mail.

I try not to use this post office unless in an emergency as I've had terrible experiences here and I don't even know how that's possible as I don't have any sort of high expectations for a post office. Maybe just common courtesy and respect. If you simply need to send stuff you should be okay but if you have any sort of query even the most basic; the communication is so horrendous that they'd rather just argue with you instead until they win whether right or wrong.

The owner of this shop was very rude, desrespectful, speaking abusive to me. because I walked in on the wrong side in the shop. Saying that I can't even read English, when I confronted him about not having a MASK OR any of his stuff he said he didn't care about the government guidelines on using masks, By saying it was his shop so he didn't care. I believe no customer should go through this I feel like he was abusive with that behaviour I also felt discrimination against me. This complaint is being forwarded to enfield council!!!

THE WORST SHOP EVER!!! Their manager is so RUDE!!! I entered the wrong pin number when trying to pay with my bank card and he said "WE DON'T HAVE ALL DAY" the he started speaking things in his own language!!! THAT MANAGER NEED TO GET FIRED!!!

I would strongly advise anyone to not go here. The staff are rude and they need to learn how to practice basic manners let alone customer service skills. Please avoid this post office at all costs
