Lived here for 8 years and always found the service friendly and efficient. It might not have the glamour of some establishments but there is always a smile and chat provided you are make an effort yourself. I see so many people go to the counter and grunt instructions and expect something different in response. You get back what you give out in this world. Efficient and excellent service. Keep up the good work.

I am astonished that this Post Office has got so many negative reviews. I just came home determined to go on Google and write them a good review - simply because the service was so friendly and excellent - that's how motivated I felt about it (and I hardly ever do Google reviews). I live in Muswell Hill but happened to be passing this PO a few months ago and was really surprised how nice the people were and how I hardly waited even though it was quite a long queue. I decided to go back and the same thing happened - quick and friendly service. I must have been there about 7 or 8 times in the last three months because and the same each time - it's quicker (and nicer) to come all the way from Muswell Hill than to go to the PO in Muswell Hill itself - that's how good this post office is. A real 'community' feel to it. Keep up the good work.

Don't bother - a trip to a post office shouldn't result in you walking back home with your package, but with this branch, that's what you'll look forward to 80%+ of the time. Between the branch not accepting QR code labels, random closures, and outdated opening times, you're better off taking the extra time to walk to bounds green post office - to save you time and energy in the long run.

the shop is like a mini market and post office combined but both runned by different staff. I used post office multiple time to send and receive parcels its a normal service not good or bad . but the shop is fine and the guys who run the stationary are very friendly.

I have never found them rude in all the 15 years I've been using them. It is cultural reservation and broken English that can feel rude to anyone. They really are the nicest people once you get over your own (cultural) expectations of what you consider goid customer service. They are a tad on the slow but i never have a very long queue.
