The staff is really rude. They act as they don't understand you and also they are very unhelpful. I had a problem with an international package that I sent 2 months ago and in the track website was still shown as the parcel hasn't left the country yet. I went there to ask them some information about what it's happening with the item and the lady just reply: I don't know. So I was like if you work here at list you could give some information about . She as a staff working face to the customer service should try to help to the customer instead of say just "I don't know". Apart of that the guy sit next to her was rude as well telling "we don't know so just leave". I ask them that I want a complaint form for my item and she was "go online". I was seriously? I put in risk myself coming here in a pandemic as the rules are "staying home" and as online I couldn't find nothing helpful so I just came here for more information of my parcel. Then, she ignored me avoiding contact eye and looking at his colleague kind of laughing as if I was crazy. I really no recommend this post office, the staff look as if they are there for obligation and they don't offer a personalized customer service.
The staff there are unhelpful, rude and have nonchalant attitude that will drive you to the wall. The lady seems to be improving somewhat but the gentleman is down right awful. Very unprofessional. Queues are terribly long and once you do make it to the counter you’re greeted with such bad attitudes. Avoid if you can. The fore street branch is much better.
Hi This post office very poor dont have glue,envelopes,tapes womens are tired dont helping.
They are very unprofessional and very rude! They don’t speak English between them and this is awful! Please hire people who wants to work not these useless!
This store helped me return all my stuff to Amazon and put cash to my bank account.
