Some Staff at this post Are very rude.Im giving 3 stars because I met one nice lady the other time. The queue takes so so long .Once I was in a queue and a lady came to stand in front of me.I tried to tell the lady she is suppose to be behind me which this lady refused with attitude.I was expecting the lady at the till to intervene and bring fairness but no she allowed the lady to cross me and she served her before me.

Slow and incompetent. 8th April 2020, after two hour queueing the only working lady there denied my small parcel to the USA due to pandemic. The same parcel I had great pleasure to ship from neighbouring branch with no problems at all. Yet, three professional assistants made the queue "running". Please, avoid this doomed place.

This has to be the worst post office and most useless in the whole of the UK, they are rude, incompetent and choose what they want to take on, I had an important document that said to make payment ANY post office, except this post office, their diabolical attitude speaks volumes .. disgusting !! I shouldn't give them any stars .

I’ve just come from this post office seething as I was next in the queue , it still took 15 mins to get served as female member of staff was having a ‘chat’ to person getting served & because he couldn’t accept what she was saying she decided to tell him the same thing 3 times over, maybe more as that’s what I was hearing when I arrived. I’m going to give online orders a rest so I don’t have to return anything!

They stole my parcel , I tracked it till it got into here soon as it got in here because they know you can't track international parcel they said we don't have it
