Just a heads up to everyone right now, the post office is currently closed until further notice. Not sure why. Would be helpful if they uploaded this online. Otherwise it's a decent post office, always a queue.
Wanted to send of a package that should have taken 10mins. Spent an hour if not more. No staff to help out and the queues were insane. Wanted to do a currency exchange too but by the time I managed to get served the currency desk was closed. Still not even sure if I my package will get where it needs to go coz there was no help available. Absolutely chaotic. Will find somewhere else to go in future.
Please give this post office more staff. The line is horrendous
The post office is closed until further notice. No update online. Always the same problem.
I have been in there with severe queues before and understand the company have cut staff. The staff themselves have always been helpful- especially at the self service counter. I often just drop off as I print postage at home. The company should hire more staff- not less.
