Dreadful experience each time I go there as there is only one person serving and she is very obviously not wanting to be there in her manner. Queue so long it takes over an hour to be served. Useless staff guarding the door doing nothing but looking at their phones. Only one person let in the store at a time and the counter is 50 metre away from door so the elderly obviously take time to get in and out so slowly the queue gets longer. No reply when complaining to staff to allow 2 people in at once to speed the process up.
If I could I would leave less stars. Staff very slow and ques very long, about an hour wait.
I often have to cancel my visit because the Que is beyond bearable. There are 6 tills and never are there more than 3 staff on at one time. Most of the staff are good at their job but a few prob need more training. I was quoted £30 to post an item even though I seen different online, when I walked away the guy called me back to measure box and then said it would actually cost £15. Why not do that in the first place?
Staff aggressively rude, deliberately unhelpful, refusing to answer very basic questions about how to access services and literally turning their back on me as I'm speaking to them (yes from over 2m away), claiming a parcel hasn't arrived that has been proven to have been delivered there for collection, passive aggressively waving other parcels in my face saying "is this your name? No it isn't" then throwing them. Disgusting service, avoid.
EMPLOY MORE STAFF FOR CHRISTS SAKE!!!
