Appalling customer service. On a Saturday I visited at about 11.00 and waited for an hour in a socially distanced queue to post a PREPAID parcel. When I got to the window at 12.03, the member of staff said I had missed the cutoff for parcels, which was 11.45 and he REFUSED to accept my parcel. I asked why the hours said they were open until 2 and he said that was for collections only. He said to come back on Monday. Why wouldn't they go outside at about 11.30 and offer to collect all prepaid parcels?

THE WORST PLACE TO RECEIVE PARCEL AND TIME WASTERS, I STOOD IN THE FRONT OF THIS ROYAL MAIL BEFORE 7:00AM UNTIL 7:25 AND NO RESPOND, I RING THE BELL AND NO ONE ANSWER UNTIL ONE OF THE DRIVER TOLD ME THEY OPEN 8:00AM THAT I SHOULD NOT MIND GOOGLE TIME TABLE THAT SAYS BRUCE GROVE ROYAL MAIL OPEN @ 7:00AM. VERY BAD SERVICE THEY MAKE ME LATE FOR MY JOB.THIS IS CRAZY

Appalling. They recieved a guaranteed letter delivery by 1pm at 7.30am and by 3.30pm had still not bothered to deliver it or to say why it is just left in their office.

Not open despite being listed as such. Complete waste of time coming here. Would advise ringing ahead.

Parcel due to be delivered early. No-one in to collect so tried to rearrange. Impossible. Arranged redilivery after and email to confirm, then delivered randomly. Need to sort IT out - frustrating and waste of time for them and me.
