The staff here are warm and polite. I have known some Post Offices where I dread going in and having to ask questions - this Post Office is so different. I have been so pleasantly surprised by how helpful and courteous the staff are here. Great place.

The cashier that I spoken to to buy travel insurance, gave me a leaflet with details to buy my insurance on-line or over the telephone, she was very helpful by telling me buying travel insurance inside the post Office was suspended.

Rude staff. The asian lady with light brown hair on till number 4 today 14/08/20 was extremely rude and rolled her eyes at me and made faces just because i had 4 items to post. Staff should be more courteous to customers especially when this is their job. Find a new one if you’re fed up!
