During the times of covid I urgently needed a dentist but my dentist refuse to treat me, so my final option was to turn to this lovely place. I needed a tooth extraction and my dentist sara was amazing. She explained the whole process and reassured me. My tooth extraction was pain free and healed fine. I had to go back a second time and it was just as great, if not better. I had to have a root canal treatment and I'm so amazed with the results. If it wasn't for this place then I would've lost another tooth.

They accept other people without an appointment and they sent me away lying that they cannot find my NHS reg. The lady at the reception was not even striking the keyboard while lying to my face. I have been in pain for a week not sleeping not eating. Discrimination and unfair approach is what to expect. Bad people

The aim was to book a scheduled appointment, a referral that has encountered a 6months + waiting period. I've raised the inquiry to various departments, The Royal London (booking centre) and The Royal London Dentist Hospital (switchboard). Unfortunately all departments had identical results, denial in assistance without any proven cause. The referral is unmoving till date.

Was very patient with my son who is autistic explained everything to him on what they had to do. Made him very comfortable.
