Terrible place. Asked for medication because I was running out of a prescription, but nobody helped me.
Communication terrible. One receptionist gives different Information than another. Incoherent.
Recently I asked them to speak slowly as I am not native English and I got the comment „For Gods Sake“.
Never encountered such a level of rudeness.
What a disgrace for the NHS being represented by such individuals.

This place is terrible. I've been trying to book a face to face consultation with my GP for weeks but I've had my appointments cancelled on the day TWICE. Seems like the surgery is very short staffed and the managment just isn't good enough. Getting appointments takes forever, on top, when they get cancelled, it is very frustrating. This is disappointing and simply unacceptable.
Unsure of how to register with a GP in the UK, I called to enquire about registering and setting up an appointment due to a recent severe injury and was met with such apathy from the receptionist on the line. The level of disinterest and unhelpfulness was shocking. Without giving me any information, she just repeatedly informed me to call 111 for any information on how to register with a GP.
The NHS website mentions that a registration form should be submitted to the clinic so i'm still unsure why the clinic has directed me away and told me that i have to register with 111 and wait 10 days. This was a very rude experience for a medical establishment and does portray an efficient/caring practice.
Very helpful receptionists, appointments run on time, at my old doctors they ran 2 - 3hrs late.... but not here. All the people complaining about the surgery are probably rude, if you treat people like human beings they are more likely to do the same in return.
