Reviews
This is a review of the photo service, not of the very nice post office service. We had photos taken for an Australian passport. They were rejected at the consulate for two reasons. First, too blurry. Second, wrong size. The photo service should not make such basic basic mistakes. On a previous visit, we had digital photos developed. They were the wrong size for the photo print, but they printed them (heads chopped off and all) and refused to fix this problem. Overall, the service is just very low quality; they need to do some basic training in their profession, so that these mistakes never happen. Having to revisit the consulate costs me about 2 and a half hours of my time, including travel. Simply not good enough.

I didn't achieve what I went there for, but the lady who served me was so helpful, we found a solution.
Very friendly staff, always willing to help. sometimes I travel all the way from Thamesmead just use their services.
