Appalling service that's not fit for purpose. I have to pay the costs for a special delivery service just to ensure I get mail delivered remotely on time. Otherwise a 3 weeks + waiting time is a regular occurance for first class, tracked or recorded mail to be delivered. The tracking service is never updated neither. A bunch of greedy circus clowns who refuse to hire staff to ensure their obligations are met, Royal Mail are!

It's a shame to see that this place has received so many bad reviews. Considering the pressure Royal Mail has been under during the pandemic, I think they have coped admirably. The staff have always been helpful and efficient on my multiple visits during the last year. It is a shame that opening times are often different to the ones listed on Google, but that's the case with a lot of establishments at the moment. Thanks for helping us all out Royal Mail.

I’m amazed at the pathetic service provided here. In addition to queuing for 25 minutes and the really bad attitude of the one guy serving, I was told they don’t offer drop off of the item I wanted to post even though it says they do on their website. This place is new but the service space is tiny and the staff are absolutely incompetent. A real pity.

In the middle of a pandemic when we’re asked to stay home to protect public health, Royal Mail continues to fail us all. Not only do they refuse to deliver packages to our addresses (where they normally would), they also refuse to work normal hours at their package collection center. This is the line of people waiting to collect their packages in person, winding around the Royal Mail building, on a weekday morning in London. I took these photos just before the collection center is due to close at 11am. Does Royal Mail believe we have nothing better to do with our lives? Is this how they expect to support the national recovery?
