Fairly aggressive staff We arrived and right behind was a couple of old people. We entered and I held them the door. There was no one queuing and the post office is fairly big. I got shouted out by a guy asking what I thought I was doing there, that I was not there to hold the door to people. Then he nervously asked us if we were together. The old people must have probably been almost deaf cause they just walked past us heading to the counter. I told him to calm down, that he was being aggressive for me holding the door to old people. That he could just tell me nicely. He asked us to get out and wait outside as if he was a night club bouncer. He didn't keep his distance with us at all, which is the big joke here... Absolutely stunning,the guy was like a bad cop. I think you need to calm down my friend if you read this.

Would give them 0 stars if possible. The man working here is incredibly RUDE and seems to make up rules based on his mood. Refused to accept a Royal Mail parcel because I paid for it online rather than at his shop. I’ve been doing the same and dropping parcels there for over 2 years. Will happily use the Upper St. post office from now on as they are lovely.

Can we have a ZERO star option? The rudest PO of East London. I don’t know which of the employees is the worst - the lady who always appears miserable or the old man.
