Shabby slum of a Post Office. They are always busy so it can't be for a lack of money. Perhaps show a bit of pride and tidy up, clean the floors, replace broken windows maybe? Shocking.
I honestly dread having to go here.
Genuinely horrendous experience - I actually dread going in here. There's someone always kicking off. Some of the cashiers are genuinely mourning their life; are mainly miserable, curt and quick to anger. Inspiring me to go with UPS, print labels at home and go to my nice, friendly corner shop!
I am a regular customer here at this post office and the staff are always great 👍. They really have it tough at this office as customer's are always giving them grief. I have seen it first hand how much abuse they receive and I had to intervene because the person was ignorant. I am very grateful for everything they do and helping keep this post office open during these hard times.
Been going to this post office regularly the past 3 years. The customer service has always been great and efficient.
Closes earlier than advertised and will leave paying customers out in the cold. Today I went to send my business parcels and staff members were leaving before the advertised closing time with the doors locked. No answer to disability door bell for 5 mins. Worst experience at a post office I’ve ever received. Shocking.
