Silvonni, Yasmin and Gurkan, are very professional and friendly. Always have my issues resolved when they are dealing with me. Its reassuring that these three people are there, hence the 5 stars are for them. This is a clear indication of how the surgery should be running. Keep up the good work and Thank you for caring.

4 hours on hold, no response. Went to the surgery with the phone in my hand - she said just call in, despite the fact I had been on hold for hours and she obviously wasn’t answering. Repeated for several days, which eventually have turned into months. I’ve had letters sent on my behalf requesting medication 4 times this year, no response. I’ve booked countless appointments on the NHS app, nobody calls. Pandemic or not, this surgery is despicable and should me ashamed of themselves, the lack of care towards patients is shocking. Never have I ever experienced incompetence like it.

Do not join this practise, they don't ever answer the phone. They wasted my time sending me to an appointment that didn't exist. Save yourself the trouble of having to register at another doctor shortly after joining.

We've called over 6 times and no answer from the staff. I went to the GP practise myself, and stood outside as I called, and the lady at the reception is not doing anything whilst sitting at the reception and the phone keeps ringing. (Wednesday 14th October at 17:30pm). This is a joke. If the service does not improve, will need to be reported to NHS England. Rilwan Kuku, please sort out your staff, and teach them to pick up the phone if its ringing.

Appalling. I have tried to reach the surgery over the phone numerous times and never had any luck, waiting 20' and no answer. I had to give up each time. I have registered with the surgery just over a year ago and there have been various admin mistakes with my prescriptions and generally speaking simple things (such as a repeat prescription) have been rather complicated to achieve
