Absolute five star service, extremely helpful in every way and much more so than you usually get at the post office! Highly recommended.
Inaccurate opening hours online. I triple checked they were open and assumed that the times shown on google were the correct “Covid hours”. Walked 20 minutes to the post office only to find out they were closed. I really do not get the point of only opening for a handful of hours per week and only advertising those meagre hours on the door of the post office.
With those opening hours (two hours daily) are they seriously offering a public service? Or a properly run business?
The staff are rude and need some proper customer service training.
Mike has been most helpful in locating important post for our office! He took every effort to trace it and kept us up to date. We are so so grateful, Mike you’ve been fantastic!
Every time I order something to my house, they find a way to not deliver it. 80% of the time I have to go to this rubbish delivery place and even then they don’t have it. I never get a delivery card for my missed order and then am questioned extensively at the depot.
Royal Mail are useless and I want my stuff!!!! 0/10 would recommend.
