I have been visiting the shop for quite some time now. The ladies are sometimes very nice, sometimes quite rude. I don't mind the weird attitude as I only spend 5-10min each time HOWEVER my actual concern is the fact that they don't wear mask although they have a visible obvious warning to wear a mask, on their main door. Maybe they think they don't have to wear as they stay in the little cabinet however the cabinet IS NOT isolated! Which means: There is still air circulating between them and customers, which is why it is REQUIRED for them also to wear mask indoors. I hope they can solve this as they might be putting people at risk, although involuntarily, and this is breaking the laws considering increasing COVID cases.

I’m visiting this office for 3 years and can definitely recommend it.Yesterday I was needed to send my passport to HM passport office-Asian lady was very kind and helpful during the packaging and posting,I’d like to thank her once again.Happy New Year!

Obviously many unhappy customers. What I don't like about it are the really long queues which means they're either not trained or highly overwhelmed by the work. And, there was one time I was going about 20 minutes before closing time, and saw the post office lady going outside and pulling the shutter about 75% down. When I started asking from outside is this post office still open, she came out and said "we're still open". Not sure why she would pull it down if she still wanted to be open.

I visited this post office on Monday and a lovely woman with silver hair served me. She was exceptionally polite and welcoming. She gave me all the information I needed about posting packages abroad and recommended the best service for me. This will defo be my go to post office!

I have been going to this post office for years and I really don't understand the negative comments. The ladies there are very helpful and kind, they have a great sense of humour and really know how to make you feel part of the community of the neighbourhood. I can't fault them, they have always been great, including no later than this morning.
