So rude and aggressive. Do not go here if you have more that 4 parcels to send they won’t allow it. I suggested a sign be put up about maximum number of items and was met with a tirade of aggressive comments. There is plenty of room for helpful signs to save customers wasting their but the guy behind the counter just shouted at me. I’m not one to leave reviews but this was just the worst service I’ve ever encountered.

Handy post office that's open late. BUT really rude, rough staff. One nearly lost her mind when I gave her 10 pence less by mistake, as if I was trying to cheat her! If you can stomach the rudeness, it's a useful post office.

TERRIBLE SERVICE received at 109 Clarendon Road Post Office - Fri 02 Oct 2020 - from a member of staff who eventually identified himself as Nick - unnecessarily aggressive while providing incorrect information about the collection of parcels sent c/o to the branch, also refused to provide branch manager details. I never did receive the parcel, refusing to go back for a "Round 2". Luckily the sender sent the item a second time using a different address. I won't be using this branch again (which is 5 mins from my home). A shame because what little previous experience I had using the branch was problem free.
