the slums of i .... are operating this shop/post office. I travel across town to use another post office than support this filthy shop. very rude people

How this place is open is beyond me. Everytime I have tried to go there they have either been closed when they should be open or the guy has gone on break. The staff are clueless as to what is going on. Don't make the mistake of sending or receiving post here because you or the person you are sending it to won't get it.

WOW -- cannot believe that this is the level of service offered by the Royal Mail. It's incredible, having to queue in this tiny, dirty space for such a long time just to deal with this incredibly rude, dismissive, aggressive, unprofessional, disrespectful, and unhelpful man and pay such a high price for it. I presume he must be a deeply unhappy person to treat everyone this way, but he is representing the Royal Mail and common courtesy costs nothing -- all customers were polite to him but he did not return it. He barks orders at you through the dirty little plastic window and when you obey them, he yells at you for having done so. Miserable. I would rather walk across town just to avoid it.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Awful service and the owner (a small man in glasses) was absolutely horrid. If you can avoid please do; find another post office to service you, the extra walk would be more than worth it!

Absolutely horrible shop owner (man with glasses on). Very rude and aggressive. Got to post office at 12.40 and queued outside as the only customer outside, shouted at me to leave in a very aggressive tone as he said it’s closing at 1pm and then ignored my questions. I will never attend this post office again, what a shocking service representing the Royal Mail. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, if I could give no stars I would. Go to the post office at St Helens supermarket down the road instead, save yourself the upset of even trying with this post office.
