QR code never work, staff will give you all kinds of excuses. Phone brightness, zoom the picture after you follow those"Oh it's your screen protector"!! Get it fixed!

I use this post office regularly. Very helpful young lady served me on many occasions, quite surprised with a previous negative review.

Joi helped me today in shipping two parcels. He went above and beyond to help. Despite the reviews of this Post Office I will consider using Royal Mail over other competitors because of the customer service I've experienced. Thanks Joi, you made my day.

Such an unfriendly service. The guy I was talking to made it sound like my query was ridiculous and walked away before I'd even finished. I waited till he finished helping another customer out to see if I could speak to him again. He turned around, saw me, got really annoyed, and literally said 'Why are you still here?'
