I cannot say enough good things about this Post Office. I have used it for the last 2.5 years for my online business and it has made my life so much easier. Every single one of the staff is so lovely and helpful. I am moving away from the area and am so sad to leave this Post Office. I wish all Post Offices were like this! I don't understand the bad reviews on here, I think they must be confusing it with the Ladbroke Grove PO which is the total opposite to the Portobello one in terms of customer service. I travel further to the Portobello PO just for the nice staff who go above and beyond.

The rudest, unhelpful, unfriendly and arrogant staff you could possibly have the misfortune to come across. Queues for half an hour aren't unusual (pre covid) with only 2 of the 4 service points maned. The Post Office should send secret shoppers here to experience the p*ss poor attitude of the staff members and replace all of them. I only use this PO as its the closest to me with pre paid franked post that I only need a receipt of purchase for...but even thats too much for the staff here. I would give them zero stars if that was an option (and reading the other reviews it seems I'm not alone). Royal Mail - over to you...

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. The staff are incredibly rude, the manager shouted at an elderly lady in front of me when she was asking for help. He was then incredibly aggressive towards me when I was asking the whereabouts of my parcel. The place is poorly run and badly organised, they can never find your items, and don't want to look. I don't think the staff are particularly knowledgeable on the various services the post office offers. I am shocked the Royal Mail allows its staff to treat customers as such.

Staff are always happy to help and have gone above and beyond for me. I have been going multiple times a week for over 2 years. It's a smaller family run post office, however they are always smiling and friendly. In response to the other reviews: They do know what they are talking about (perhaps other users couldnt understand) and just to remember that these are people not robots.

Always get extremely poor service at this post office, especially from the women behind the counter and generally only use this post office as a last resort. Today, I advised the woman that I was there to collect an Amazon parcel and I was asked whether it had been sent there for me to collect...........??? REALLY!!! I think they deliberately ask stupid questions to irritate and antagonise.
