I hardly ever write any reviews but after receiving an exceptional customer service from Viji; I couldn’t not resist writing one, as I was overwhelmed with her positive attitude and approach. She has been extremely helpful, attentive, professional and she got out of her way to resolve my issue. Post Office Coop North End Road must be very grateful for having such a worker.

Sent 2 boxes to EU country. The lady who served me told me that if you don't pay the extra fee for secure delivery there is no guarantee of your item to be delivered. As she stated both my boxes were lost. I suspect there is something fishy going on in this post office. Couple of times I was served each time I was told there is no guarantee of delivery if I don't pay the extra fee. You should avoid this place.

Bad customer service, long queues. Went there with a pre paid large letter (the measurements were correct), the Indian man said that it's a small parcel and have to pay the difference. Never going there again. Do not recommend, they overcharge you and want make more money off you!!

These counter staffs from Indian should reconsider their customer service basic skills cos on the flip side better than begging on their streets than working behind a screen. Public want public servants with a smiles not untouchables.

i went in with a package the asian man asks me whats inside i said its a wallet. he said how much is it.... 300£ he then says u have to get the best postage service and tht will be £8 regual sign for is £4 these people sitting behind the window are making money for them self and getting more money into the postoffice system i would not recomomed useing them... there is a nice post office 5 mins from there near olympia and they are freindly and geting the best deals. this is my story at this postoffice.. and its not happend once its been a few times as i buy and sell online. 1 star and never going to that post office again. specially to asian people they want all ur money :(
