Bought a stamp and posted a beautiful card here for my nephew’s third birthday in Scotland. Sadly it never arrived, which is very upsetting.

I've visited this Post Office a few times since it's move to NISA, to send parcels via 1st and 2nd class mail. I've had no issues. Costing is per the website, service is quick and efficient. Can take a few minutes to get served as the Post Office counter is run by the same person who also runs the NISA shop counter. If this happens, I've had someone else come and serve me. Can't complain.

They never dispatched my parcel after paying for a first class and be delivery in central London... very very disappointed ☹️

Box arrived broked and 3 items missing, and one broked. The items missed was for a child who was waiting the box really excited and got really upset . Just unfair I paid for tracking and signature

The staff called Rahu Really very RUDE, Unprofessional staff , always over charged . Few time he just doing his own things or answer his mobile phone and let customer waiting , I’m not request he provided good service for me but at least not rude to customer .
