In light of the pandemic, they've reduced their opening time to two hours... 7-9am. I don't see why they feel it's necessary considering there are people still working in supermarkets and corner shops full-time. To me it just smacks of lazy opportunism. Sorry. You are a public service. You are relatively safe behind a counter. You could take the right measures to ensure you are even safer. I don't think i'm being unreasonable... obviously.

Reduced hours and days during pandemic, for what reason? From 7-9am only, Wednesday and Saturday closed! Standing behind full glass counter having not direct contact with customer . How does it make them vulnerable? Gloves, masks and sanitizers are used in any other business for protection. And even now when most of the businesses are reopened, they are still didn't get back to normal hours and days!!! Pathetic!!!

Having read other reviews, I wasn't optimistic as I was trying to find out where our company post was after 6 weeks of lock down. A very helpful member of staff made a quick phone call and arranged for it to be delivered to our business the same day. I had previously tried for over four hours by phone and on the web to sort this out without success. I take services as I find them and personnally I'm so thankful to the lady at the enquiry office that helped me this morning.

Poor management as the timings for collection have changed to a window of 2 hours but diferente from before and this haven’t been amended online. Take the time and do your job please There is not more 7-9 AM now most of the days are 8-10AM with Thursday 8AM - 8PM

The guy who worked on the Saturday morning at 27/6/20 he was so rude and unprofessional. I went to ask a question and he has a very bad attitude and specially when he realised that English it is not my first language he’s attitude become even worst .
