If I could give this 0 stars I would. Quite frankly, I don't expect gaslighting from the post office. When trying to buy a book of 6 first class stamps, I was given my change and receipt, having previously been belittled and almost laughed at for not knowing the exact price - astonishing. When I asked for said book of stamps, having not been given them, I was then told that in fact I had been given them and that it was my fault I had lost them. After both my partner and I searching through our bags and pockets, all the while the queue getting longer and longer, she then *actually* went to CHECK THE CCTV to make sure I wasn't stealing!? I am so shocked at this behaviour. I hadn't moved from the counter and had just paid and been given my change! I won't be going anywhere near that post office again, and neither should you.

I tend to come to this Post Office twice a week and always get served quickly. I often need a little help from the staff (packaging up items/quickest way to get my packages to the end receiver) who have always been happy to help as long as customers are not waiting in the queue. Happy customer!

I would happily walk 500 miles to find an alternative post office. Rude, unhelpful, rarely mention cheaper options without being prompted. Sad.

Extremely rude and con artists - they overcharge for standard Royal Mail services or only provide you with most expensive options. Do not support this business. Cannot believe they are able to still trade as a service for Royal Mail.

Disgusting service. The post office seems run by a little family of dismissive, rude, patronising and cursing people. I felt unwelcome and the service was disastrous. The lady at the stationary shop is the worst of the staff. She gives bad looks when you enter the store. Certain people shouldn’t have a job in the customer service industry.
