Excellent 3 star campsite.. I give it 5 because of its price, amenities, facilities and location. It is owned by a true Welsh family and is located in an incredible mountainous location. When you first pull in, you are confronted by a true working farm. On the backside, however, is a completely different story! Drive round the back to the massive camp site! There is parks, stunning views, woodland walks and peaceful surroundings. The site has a great brick built shower block and toilet facilities in the middle. This also contains a washing area for your cooking gear, fridge, freezer, chill out room and baby change. Campfires are allowed in fire bowls and can be hired for next to nothing on site. Extremely friendly owners who will help out in anyway they can. So much respect for these guys!! We hired a pitch with electric for £20 a night. I can't stress enough that it is SO worth it!!! All in all, a great campsite and a peaceful nights sleep. Thank you!!!!

This is a lovely peaceful campsite. Lots of lush green flat grass to pitch your tent on, a clean shower block and wonderful views of the stunning Dyfi valley all around. Only around 8 min drive to center of Machynlleth. My tips, pop to the Skinners Arms for a pint, lunch at Cafe Alys and visit CAT. Highly recommended.

Fantastic campsite. Good view, clean facilities and you don't have to pay for the shower. Owners were friendly. Ask this for a good price 2.
