Jason rescued us at very short notice when the central heating boiler failed on one of the coldest nights of the year. He visited very promptly, obtained the necessary pump quickly and did the work extremely well. His experience enabled him to deal with an unexpected problem when it arose and his estimate of cost was accurate and good value. He will be the first person we call when we need a plumber again!
My boiler broke down, with no hot water or heating. I called Jason and he was able to visit myself within 3 hours. He quickly found the fault, explained it to myself and fixed the issue without fuss. I can't fault his service, top bloke, good communication, reliable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend and i will use again in future.
Our boiler was serviced brilliantly today by Jason. He was extremely thorough and contacted the gas supplier to replace an external part at no cost to ourselves. Everything was serviced and tested and I am 100% confident that our boiler is now safe and functioning correctly. Would not hesitate to recommend and we will definitely be using this company again.
Jason was very very helpful in diagnosing a problem with our boiler on the lead up to Christmas and had it working again about 45 minutes after arriving - despite my being told by a different "so called" plumber that I needed a new boiler.
Jason told me what to check should anything go awry in the future and left me feeling reassured that I was in extremely capable hands.

Woke on a Saturday morning to a dripping boiler. Phoned plumbers recommended but neighbours by neighbours but no answer. Jason was here within the hour and asked a part supplier to stay open so he could collect a part. Here for several hours including replacing flush mechanism in toilet (unrelated issue) but only charged the job rates. Excellent service
