Friendly service at this very busy post office. Lots of good cards, stationery items and kid’s crafts on sale. My main gripe is there is no post box outside. EDIT: fair enough about the post box :) thanks for trying!!

Horrible experience today. Being yelled at by a member of staff for arriving 'too late' and wasting 'their time' bringing my parcels at 5.20, as she wanted to clock off at 5.30. Never mind the fact that I had qued for over 13 mins to get served in the first place, and, this was in fact my second visit as at 2.45pm I did not want to que outside in the rain. If they are so keen to get rid of customers by 5.30 perhaps they should consider actually opening all the counters that lie empty all day. Some of the staff here are lovely, especially one gentleman who is always kind and cheerful.

This mornings experience at the post office at Crouch End was just such a pleasure. The process by which the lovely man in the Santa hat efficiently and politely worked his way down the queue, dealing proactively with queries and guiding people to the next teller having provided the relevant preparation, was a rare example of customer service at its absolute best. His communication skills were excellent, he was interested in the customers, had lovely eye contact and seemed to be really enjoying his job. His enthusiasm seemed to rub off on the tellers, who were all equally as efficient and friendly. I just didn’t expect such a large queue of people to dissipate so quickly. It was exemplary, a perfect combination of well thought through process, and staff interested in their customers.

Terrible staff and service. The 2 ladies at the counter are rude, incompetent and not helpful at all. On May 12th I went to the store to send a parcel back to JD and the lady did not understand what I was talking about. After 3 days I received the same parcel back at my house. I went back to the store the same day and they asked me to pay again for a new tracking number even tho it was not my fault. Today 22nd , after 2 weeks , my parcel still hasn’t moved from the store (there is not any update from Royal Mail which means only one thing , they did not pick it up ) and it will be difficult for me to receive a refund back at this point . They might even have lost my parcel. I do recommend to go to another store.

Elliot helped me, via the new Google chat feature, to locate my missing parcel. Elliot quickly responded to my messages and was able to direct me to the delivery office where my parcel was being held. Overall, amazing service - I would highly recommend this branch as well as the Google chat feature.
