I’ve only had great service here. Even during the insanity that is the 2020 tier 3/4 holidays, the staff has always been patient and kind and helped everyone make sure their packages are good to go. Today one of the staff helped me get my overweight package to the states through some creative means. Thank you guys!

If only there was a zero rating! This place tries to con you, sending a return for free? You are asked to pay for insurance. Sending a parcel you paid for on the Royal Mail website? You are told they don't send post from Royal Mail. Then asked to pay again for postage!!!! Funnily enough via Royal Mail. An absolute disgrace to the name of The Post Office. The most arrogant and rude person I have ever met as well, told me if I left my paid for and scanned mail there he was putting it in the bin! This is not even the first time I have had to go there during my lunch break. DISGUSTING SERVICE DO NOT GO THERE!! The Post Office needs to launch an investigation into this branch and their underhand activities immediately.

CAUTION, PLEASE READ - My disabled friend sent what should have been a free returns parcel from this post office and the staff member insisted that a charge of four pounds something was due, they paid it because they trust the post office. I had checked the postage label prior to sending and confirmed it should have been free. I have since double checked with the company they were returning the parcel to and again confirmed that it should have been free. Either the staff at this branch of the post office are incompetent, or they take advantage of vulnerable people. Please don't let anyone you know get taken advantage of by these scammers.

I Just went in asking to print a label for the return of a parcel and I was told they didn't have a printer and to go to a print shop, the lady at the desk was also very rude, worst service ever. I'm shocked.
