This isn’t aimed at the staff but the owner of the post office. It’s badly managed. They don’t keep to regular hours so multiple times myself and other customers have turned up to find it closed when it’s supposed to be open. There’ll be signs on the door saying closed for lunch at 3pm or later where they don’t seem to have enough staff to cover breaks. There are long queues of 30mins at all times of the day for the same reason. This morning the guy opening up turned up just after 9am (running late) and couldn’t open the shutters so told everyone to come back at 10am. My whole day has now gone out the window. People and businesses rely on the post office as an essential service. This branch is crucial to the community and it needs to run more efficiently. The staff also deserve more support from their employer. They have to deal with a lot of frustrated customers because of the long queues.

Fairly long queues but the staff is absolutely amazing.
There is a young male there that is super helpful and quick. Currently they only have one staff member probably due to Covid situation and that is what contribute to longer waiting times.
The staff here are great, always willing to help you out and very knowledgable on PO products.
Small and can get busy, some people in a rush might find this frustrating.
Well placed in a row of useful shops.
