Awful customer service especially the lady standing at the front door she gave me the worst service I have ever experienced, she has NO basic customer service skill, she is not apologetic and all she could do was smirk. If I could I give a minus 5 star I would, I don’t think they deserve a star. However I believe she requires basic training from management, and if she’s a manager then she is not fit for the job and should never work in a service environment. A person to be so negative and unapologetic for being incorrect, obviously is unhappy with their job and should never be employed in the customer services or retail industry.

I've just been served by a very polite and helpful man at this post office, which was a great relief and pleasure, because the staff there are, I'm afraid, often rude and unhelpful. I'm reluctant to say of fellow Iranians. But many of them really need to work on their interpersonal skills, and follow the excellent example of their more friendly colleagues.

As welcoming as a prison door. Especially the person in charge of travel money. A 12 year training in customer service wouldn’t be enough for them. They really need to know they are not above anyone. Unprofessional , unfriendly , this post office deserves a minus 2 stars. If you want experience rudeness to the top, this is the place.

Went to this post office to photocopy a few documents the shop assistant ask a £1 for each document, I refused their service. Went to a stationary shop on Holloway Road oppersit 02 phone shop and was charge 20p per copy , Also don’t take any notice of their opening and closing times on their website, I been caught out twice now the last time was this Saturday, on their website it said post office closed at 5,30pm got there at 4 pm and it was shut , never again I will go elsewhere.
