Just want to say - Amazing service, me and my family really got taken care of by this company and their amazing driver. Arrived at Gatwick on a very late flight to find a friendly driver waiting for us with a name board inside the arrivals hall. We were charged what the lovely gentleman quoted on the phone the week before & the driver the company sent even helped with all our luggage & asked if we needed any groceries on the way home which was a great touch. We have just moved into the area & didn't know what to expect but what a lovely experience will definitely be using you guys regularly! - Katie & Steven

Have been using this firm for over fifteen years however I was not very happy with the last trip that I had from them. First of all, I ordered my minicab for 8am and you know how it is when you are leaving to go on holiday, you are generally in a rush and what I did not need was the driver ringing me at 0750 and then 0753 to tell me that he was there when I had ordered the cab for 8am. Secondly, I wanted to be taken over the level crossing at Mortlake Station so that I could easily access platform for trains to Waterloo as I had a suitcase with me and that was why I ordered a minicab in the first place. I don't expect to be told by the driver that that side of the station is blocked with delivery lorries at that time of day which is why he couldn't drop me there. When I got to that side of the station, it was completely clear and every minicab that I have had before this one dropped me where I wanted to go. So basically I got a load of unneeded stress for a service that I was paying for which is no right.

Brilliant service, on time and great prices. I got a ride from Richmond to Piccadilly Circus on Thursday morning during the tube strike to get me to work on time, the driver was very punctual and had a very nice new car. He chose a great route which surprisingly avoided a lot of the traffic which was nearly impossible! I got to work on-time and they didn't charge any more even though it was tube strike! Thank you for the excellent service.

I highly recommend Mortlake Station Cars, I requested a prestigious number of cars on short notice after being let down by another company. A honest, reliable and punctual taxi company that I will continuously use moving forward.

Still not heard anything about my phone I knew it was at there taxi office I traced it using where’s my I phone but there said it wasn’t before I asked them about my phone the said what I phone funny that ask I didn’t ask you what phone it was you nothing but a robbing bunch of idiots just show why taxi company they are the only reply to good comments I’ll post this all over there social media as well I.e Facebook you bunch of useless clown laugh of ya like don’t care bunch of thieves use my phone now it’s blocked 😂😂😂😂😂
