Absolutely poor service. Driver comes and looks at the trolley from wickes and decides to charge higher price from £14 to £20. Avoided and used express cars much better service! AVOID AVOID AVOID ONIC

The driver took a wrong turn and asked me for directions. Then became angry and shouted when I didn't know the exact directions. Absolute rubbish. Don't threaten and shout at your customers

I was a walk-up fare on a cold rainy night, with a broken bike to fit in the car. They had a car for me straight away, and squeezed my bike in no problem. Reasonable price, nice driver, would use again.
