This review should 0/5. Hornchurch sorting office stole my parcel. Was apparently delivered to my address in Portland, Dorset on Monday 18th May at 17:35. I was at home all day due to covid-19. So the delivery driver drove for 3.5 hours to deliver my item, I don't think so. Thieving bunch that's all I have to say.

Not even a knock at the door, been waiting all morning for my parcel, I leave the living room for 5 mins and still no door knock or bell rung. The postman just left a card he/she failed to fill up any details on the back of the card. Needed this parcel by 1 pm as I travel later tonight and paid extra money for this service only for this person to decide I cannot get it until tomorow morning. Call then and no one picks up. Like other said close down or get new staff because these lots are useless.

Why do your opening hours show that you are open on Friday from 7am till 9pm. So I went to collect my parcel this evening only to find that it’s only open from 7am to 9am now because of the Covid. Why haven’t they amended the hours. Complete waste of fuel/time !!’

This is a complaint about the postman and the office itself, firstly i had a package to be delivered and i have very friendly neighbours that always take in deliveries if im not in, but the postman didnt even try i have cameras on my house and watched him stand there for a total of 5 seconds before filling the slip and getting back in his van, secondly ive been trying to contact the office for an hour now by the number but not once have they answered. I dont understand why they wouldnt have some sort of call back system or at least a holding line so i can wait to speak to someome who works there.
