Booked a taxi in advance, was told the fare would be £10 but was charged £12 on arrival to our destination. Rang the depot and spoke to same person who received our booking and her attitude was “I’ve been doing this for 10 years the fee is £12”. Will not book with this firm again. Shame for the driver because he was good.
I have been using Taxi Northolt for one year now, and to be honest they are the best, drivers are so nice and patient, some of them are funny, so if you are in a long trip, you will never be bored. The app is so good, it's easy to use, what I like of it is that you can track your car. They are clean also as I said before nice, as one day I forgot something in one of the cars and the following day, the driver came to return it. And they are cheaper than some other companies.
Excellent taxi company Northolt. I booked them to pick up from a Xmas do at Elland Road. Great communication, the driver of car 99 kept me up to date on where he was and how long he would be and he also rang to say had dropped off the other passenger safely. Went well beyond any service I have had from a taxi firm. Will definitely use again. Fair prices too.
Looking at their reviews i cannot believe that they are by real customers! We have been using taxi northolt for over 6 years now not once have we ever been let down, or lied too. They are by far the most reliable and friendly taxi service in Northolt & Harrow. All drivers are friendly and kind. I would personally highly recommend Taxi Northolt.
Everything was on time, the driver was helpful and polite and it was a smooth ride home. I'm very happy with the service provided and with how easy it is to use the website and book a cab. I shall certainly use Taxi Northolt and recommend it to people.
