Lovely, friendly site. Claire, our host, couldn’t have been more helpful. Plenty of sensible precautions in place re Covid. Beautiful setting and a pleasant 10 min walk down into Llangollen. (The uphill return might be a bit steep for some but our neighbours found the taxi service to be reasonable) We walked along the canal to the stunning aqueduct.
Just had a most wonderful weekend at Wern Isaf, arriving quite late on Friday evening with a large motorhome, the owners daughter, Helen, Ellen? Could not help us enough to find a suitable pitch, on a very busy evening for her, nothing was was to much trouble for her, a most capable lovely young lady.
The site itself is set in the most beautiful surroundings, with wonderful views, a very calming place to be.
Lovely grass field, or serviced super pitches available.
Nice facilities, nothing too fancy but all lovely and clean, sensible pitch tariff.
Just a short walk away from the picturesque llangollen town centre.
Amazing campsite, you have everything near by the staff are really helpful and friendly, but the best of everything are the views from the campsite are just amazing .
We always enjoy coming here & Clare is the perfect host, I came with my grandson Ethan, last week &we really enjoyed our stay in motorhome , our neighbor's were very friendly, & look forward to our next visit alan
