Staff are all smiling & courteous. They're under so much pressure during this covid 19 yet they do their best to protect public & get them in, served & out safely as fast as possible. I can't fault them.

The staff are very professional and greet well though they are busy. They know their job well too.They are very fast and I like to go to the post office. They kept going even in pandemic. They deserve applaud. Please carry on for the community.

They’ve ripped us off, or tried to rip us off, a few times here. Very cynical way of serving customers. If they see you’re old or possibly ‘foreign’, they’ll charge you the full whack without asking you if you want signed for, etc etc. Be careful! Make sure they’re not ripping you off. If you have a choice, pay for and print out postage at home and only do drop-off here, or even better, go to another, more honest post office. This lets down the previous good name of Royal Mail.

Lady at the postal counter was really helpful. I needed a pair of scissors to cut my license into half and also a glue stick for the envelope to seal. She provided these without any hesitation. Very friendly and polite.

Very rude. Especially lady in the counter. Even if you ask smthn they get angry. I have been charged same kind and size of parcel, 3 different charges 3 different time. I try to explain it to them though I was charged different than the previous but idk no use.
