Thought it was a decent post office but last couple of times I’ve noticed that they try and overcharge you for postage. Or they try and sell you the most expensive postage option unless you say otherwise. Not good.

Most of the people who work here are very friendly & helpful, but unfortunately there's one guy who lets it all down. Firstly he opens up late (arriving at quarter past instead of ready to open for 9am, not even apologising but simply saying to the queue of customers that "most people come later"), then he's challenged me on two occasions about the amount I've pre-paid online for parcel postage, incorrectly telling me I need to pay more in the shop. Both times he's been very aggressive about it, not to mention quite rude. The first time I ended up speaking to his colleague who told me that I was correct and apologised, telling me that the other guy didn't know what he was talking about so not to worry. It unfortunately happened again today, and when I pointed out this was the second time we were having the same debate he started speaking over me, raising his voice and telling me that I had never been into the shop before (which is not true as I've used them a fair few times) and that I " needed to know that I was wrong" etc. Sadly I won't be back now and will take my business elsewhere, as this one chap just makes it very difficult. Have double checked postage for this parcel again since and all was ok,

25 customers waiting outside. Post master spending 25 minutes with just one customer. I think he needs education about post-office.

Very help full staff and give some free things and when I didn’t have enough money they said is aright and gave free slush and give good service 👍👍👍👍👍

The guy who served me was not helpful at all. Sent me to main post office for no reason.
