Awful staff. Made me pay for postage of my parcel when the bag was already pre paid. This shop is giving bad name to post office

The post office actually closes at 5pm, when it says 9pm on Google. Just wasted one hour of my life and money because some people just prefer to induce others in error. According to their reviews this is going on for years, without them ever bothering to correct their closing time. Shameless, total disregard for clients and people in general.
