This post office staff members are extremely RUDE. They lack customer service. Today I waited for more 10 minutes for their staff member NANA to come off the phone, talking about her personal credit card issues on the company's phone, she did not even apologise for her unprofessional behavior. Its a shame a real SHAME. I wouldn't go back to this post office seeing from the other reviews Mr Kumar Franchise owner condones this sort of behaviour. Absolutely unacceptable 😤
This post office does not even deserve a 1 star rating, the young Indian guy working at this post office does not know how to do his job. He will be rude to the customer and give his own opinions rather than what is meant to be told to the customer, absolutely terrible service! He will return your parcel to the sender although it had arrived and will not tell you that your parcel is there. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS POST OFFICE! However the shop is very good which is owned by a polite Indian Lady.

I have lost to item's in this post office
they ask you to put the parcel on the ground or on open trolley any one can just take your parcels and walk away while the one man staff is busy with someone else
advice insure your item's if you sending from there
I will never go there again
The best Click and Drop place for me. Indian staff is very lovely and competent. I have online businesses and this is my most trusted drop post office. The couple who owns the shop are always kind, and politely helpful. I would recommend this post to anyone. I never had a problem of loss or else.
