Been waiting over a week for my parcel to arrive, and based on the other reviews it seems it likely never will. It may as well be lost in the 4th dimension. On the upside, at least it wasn't anything super expensive or important to me, so I feel I've gotten off lightly in comparison to others here.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! I thought it was just my delivery that was stuck here but after reading peoples reviews I've realised I'm not the only one. No update in status for over a week when the item should have arrived within 2-3 working days. Can’t get through to the branch as no one picks up the phone, it just rings constantly with no option to even leave a voicemail. Royal Mail website is not helpful at all either, they simply state that the package is “travelling through their network” which doesn’t tell me anything. SORT IT OUT!!!!!

Have to say,thought it was just my delivery either stuck or being delivered well after time,but on reading peoples reviews,I've realised I'm not the only 1 with complaints about,no status updates,48hr deliveries taking upto and more than 2 weeks,I've had a parcel stuck at this location for over 2 weeks,which was meant to arrive within 48hrs but still not here as I write this review and the status update hasn't changed either and then if u call,u can't get through to speak to anyone.THIS PLACE AND IT'S SERVICES ARE A JOKE.

Email received 5.04am on 5 Dec confirming receipt of goods and delivery would be 7 Dec between 10.21am & 2.21pm. It is now 9 Dec and nothing received. Checked tracking and the parcel shows it has been at Jubilee Mail Centre since 5.03am on 6 Dec! Other reviews here clearly indicate a problem with this centre over a period of time. Had I known this I would have used a retailer who delivers via another carrier. Very disappointing service especially as this was meant to be a gift.

Like many others, I’ve got a parcel stuck here. Understandable, given covid, Christmas, and for the first time, more parcels being sent than letters. I did call, person on the phone was very apologetic and polite. Was unable to give an estimate for delivery time, but not surprising. Worst case scenario, I’ll just get a refund and go through another courier. Just some overworked people doing their best
