This place doesn't even deserve one star. The lady who managed the queue (Indu Paul ) was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I was in the queue for counter service for almost 45 minutes, and then she directed me to a self-checkout. I asked for help because I have a sight problem and she refused to help. Instead, she made me feel so embarrassed and humiliated by denying what I said. Also, I had some letters, and she insisted that it should go as parcels which I then Had to explain that it fits the parcel guide. I hope the management will take necessary action against employees like this since it's a lot of disappointment to be served by individuals like this. Please teach your emplees to give some respect to peoples needs and listen when someone ask for help. They must understand that some disabilities are not visible. I had the worst service ever and I hope that it won't happen with someone else. This is not just my experience, and everyone had similar issues with this woman. Furthermore, there was an old lady before me and she She experienced the same unprofessional service. Dear POST Office management I kindly request you to check your CCTV cameras, and you will see what I mean. 21/Dec/2020 between 12:45-13:45.

One star is really too much, please believe all the bad reviews.There are always queues because the staff is moving really slow.Only one counter open, but 3 of them around to the self scan, not knowing what they are doing.Some of them ...not to be rude but they don't even know basic english, how they got a job there,I have no idea.It's really sad that this is a Royal Mail post office ,how could they not come and see what goes wrong there?Been in a queue of 6 people before me and took me 26 mins.Once I got there ,the woman at the only open counter said she can't post anything for me ,I have to queue again to the self scan ,even tho her colleague told me I have to queue to counter due to posting to USA.HAHAHA,it's really unbelievable how horrible this place is.I am going now to Strawberry Hill or Twickenham one ,I don't even acknowledge this is a post office anymore.It's not worth it.

Poor service and when customer call for enquiries they never answered phone. I call 20 times but unfortunately they didn't answer my phone which is really unacceptable. Service need to improve lots more. I wish I could give 0 rating
