I provided a QR code to print off a returns label, after the shop staff printed off the label he ripped through the QR code but still stuck the pieces together overlapping them. The parcel was delivered back to my house as the QR code could not be read so I went in again to resolve the issue. I was told to contact Royal Mail instead, now I have wasted money on 2 bus journeys and have an item that is out of returns period. If you had the same issue don't bother speaking to the shop staff, they keep walking off when you try to speak to them...

not even 1 star. some arrogant indians who think they are the GOD or something.. they refused to take my pre paid items and said i should pay there, they re jokes mate.. indians boss
