As I could not leave my dog outside last time I went to drop off a prepaid parcel at the post office and needed a proof of postage receipt I was very impressed and grateful that a member of staff went to the post office counter for me whilst I waited with the dog outside. Plus they brought me back the proof of postage receipt to the outside door! Top service and extremely polite and helpful. It's great to have a post office and shop with staff that are so happy to help! Many thanks!👍

WATCH OUT! Very sneaky woman disgusting the way she mislead me. I wanted to send a small parcel with paperwork inside. I've asked for the cheapest "signed for" and the woman said £8.80 as I don't send things often I didn't know the prices. Later I find out online that the cheapest was £4.10 for the size and weight of my parcel. I've been charged £8.80 for 1st class"Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm" - A service that I never asked for. Very sneaky woman disgusting the way she mislead me.

A small post office in a corner shop crammed with other stuff. The main post office in Feltham town center closed down so this is the only one near to the town center. Normally two counters are open and one counter near the shop is operated by the shop assistant from time to time when there are no shop customers. Waiting time is usually long as E-bay sellers bring all their stuff to be weighed and posted and then there are the shops that do their banking at the post office. The staff are otherwise friendly and helpful but more could be done to improve customer experience.

Absolutely amazing display of kindness and thoughtfulness from the personnel at this branch. They went out of their way to help me in the kindest way possible. This is the best experience I've ever had at a UK post office.
