I first registered with this surgery when my family and I moved to Epsom in 1984 and up until very recently, I have had no complaints. However, since the online service (if I can call it a service) has been introduced, efficiency has taken a nose dive. I ordered a repeat prescription recently and was accused of trying to order more than I was allowed because someone misunderstood or misread the request. Seeing the GP is a very personal thing. It’s not like ordering groceries but that is how it seems now. I get the feeling that I am asking too much and causing inconvenience if I want to see the GP. I ought to be having various blood tests because of cancer treatment. Do they remind me? Of course not. I have had no medication review for years, even though the date appears on the prescription. The date comes round, year after year and no review happens.

Fantastic service in lockdown!! My wife and family have needed to use the online forms over the past 3 months and the experience has been superb. Prompt call back from the doctors everytime. Never thought i would say this but I prefer the new Covid system far more convenient and easier! Prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy at Old Cottage for collection.

Very hard to get a convenient appointment. Reception staff are curt and don't always give you the correct information. Any attempts to make a formal complaint are quelled, and there is an inherent lack of transparency on complaint process and basic care and correct information

We moved to this surgery from another local one.The difference is incredible.On line booking is available.There are 7pm appointments perfect if you work in London.They have own X Ray .The Cottage hospital is like going privately .Was also referred to their own Cobham hospital again more like private than NHS. Only down side is it can be very difficult to get through on phone, but online booking helps.

I've not had the pleasure of seeing a doctor yet but I hope their attitude to patients is more empathetic than the receptionist I've had the misfortune to encounter twice.
