I went to see LOC to enquire about managing a persistent long-term injury in my foot I had following a snowboarding accident some ten years prior. The NHS had not been able to help much at the time of the accident and given the current Covid situation, I was very concerned about going to a hospital. Not wearing shoes a fair bit during lock-down had made my symptoms much worse. I would have pain in my foot every time I got out of bed each morning and it was becoming a significant issue throughout the day as my feet got tired. I’m in my 40’s, so given the rapid decline in only a few months, I knew this was something I had to get sorted soon or it would just get worse during the rest of my life. I had expected a continual decline in my condition, but a friend mentioned LOC to me as they had a good experience resolving an issue they had with their feet when running and exercising. I set up an appointment and I saw the orthotist Allan. He was very patient and listened to my issue, asked a number of questions about the injury, my lifestyle and the pain I was experiencing. He spent quite a long time assessing my foot and discussing the options. He scanned my feet right there and then, prescribing a set of bespoke insoles that would be designed to fit my feet specifically. The goal is that the insoles would act to alter the position of my foot within my shoes and provide extra support where needed. I’ve been wearing them for a few days and they take a bit of getting used to, but I can really feel the difference they are making already. The pain has stopped completely and I’m much more stable on my feet than beforehand. One of the best things about the insoles is that I can transfer them to different shoes as i need to. I highly rate the service I received.

Fantastic clinic. Having lived with foot pain for years, they fitted high quality insoles so I can now walk in comfort. Very professional and efficient at every level, and all the staff are so kind and supportive. It is really good to know they are there to help me when needed.

Nice place. Walking distance from Kingston Train Station. This is not a regular clinic. This clinic specializes in Orthotic problems. Dr. Sam is a very friendly and knowledgeable doctor.

We would like to thank Dr Saeed for his time and patience and his expertise in treating our daughters flat head. Although we opted for the treatment a little bit later than the average person, and did not fully get the maximum results but for what we did get we are very happy and definitley recommend. It is costly but you get what you pay for!
