Charged me £55 to go 17 miles on a normal Friday morning.
Because I had been let down by my ride I had to google and this company came up first. They knew I was desperate as I was going for a medical procedure.
I explained that a previous journey with another local cab firm had cost me £35 & Uber 34.50.
But they would not shift on the price.
Even the driver when he arrived said that was high. Avoid. I’ll never use again. They have 2 stars as they arrived within advised time and the driver was nice.
Excellent service we were a group of 6 and the taxi van was on time, clean car and nice driver. The person at the call Center was helpful, asked questions to really capture our need and spoke English which was very convenient. I recommend their service.

Have taken it a few times now and always had a pleasant experience. Mostly tend to use them when I know my plans in advance and I need competitive rates. they provide the driver on time with inexpensive rates.
